Yeah — Food & Drink is $64 over your $400 budget this month. Everything else looks fine.

No spreadsheets.

You don't need to categorize transactions manually or build a complicated budget. Just ask.

Built around conversation.

Three things Via does for you — all over text.

Understand

Ask questions in plain English — no menus, no dashboards to learn.

Decide

Know if you can afford something before you buy it, not after.

Improve

Set budgets and reminders the same way you'd tell a friend.

How Via thinks.

Via doesn't guess. It looks at your spending and income patterns to answer your questions.

No black box — every answer traces back to your own transaction history.

Transactions
Every purchase across every account you've connected.
Typical monthly cash flow
What you usually earn and spend, month over month.
Your question
"Can I afford this?" "Where did it go?" Whatever you text.
A recommendation
A clear answer, grounded in your own numbers.

People like texting this more than logging in.

Placeholder quotes — swapping in real beta users soon.

I asked if I could afford a flight home and it just told me. Didn't have to open anything.

J Jordan, 24

I've deleted three budgeting apps this year. I still text Via every Sunday.

M Maya, 22

It feels like texting a friend who happens to be good with money.

D Devon, 26

Good to know.

How does Via know my spending?+

You connect your bank accounts through Plaid, the same secure connection thousands of finance apps use. Via reads your transactions to answer your questions and send your digests.

Does Via move my money?+

No. Via never moves, holds, or has the ability to move your money. It only reads transaction data.

Can Via see my bank balance?+

Almost always, no — Via answers from your spending and income patterns, not what's in your account today. The one exception: if you ask whether you can afford something before Via has seen enough of your history, it checks your checking and savings balance so it can tell you whether the money is there. Never your credit, loan, or investment accounts.

Which banks work?+

Most major U.S. banks and credit unions, including credit cards, through Plaid's network.

Is my data encrypted?+

Yes. Your bank connection is encrypted end-to-end by Plaid, and nothing is ever shared or sold.

How much does it cost?+

Via starts with a free trial, so you get at least one Sunday roundup before anything is charged. After that, it's a simple monthly or yearly plan — no hidden fees.

Your money is already talking. Start listening.
